[foofus-tools] fgdump returning an error of 5

I'm having trouble running fgdump when I specify a host. If I run it with no parameters it works fine, but if I run it with the -h 127.0.0.1 and -u Administrator switches, I get errors. I'm using windows xp and an admin account. From the .failed file I get:

I think it has something to do with the administrator account because of the error 5 but I'm using an admin account so I don't know what's wrong...
