[foofus-tools] Medusa 2.0 SSH2 Thread Safety Patch

Hi,

If anyone uses Medusa with the SSH module, I've posted a patch that
should resolve thread-safety issues. Medusa wasn't properly initializing
OpenSSL/Libgcrypt to make them, and in turn, libssh2, thread-safe. This
should be resolved now and the module should fully function across the
different libssh2 builds (e.g. openssl, libgcrypt).
