[foofus-tools] fgdump error in Windows Server 2003 Sp2 64 bits

I get an error with fgdump. I can't dump the cache hashes I get:

Service not found. Installing CacheDump Service ("C:\cachedump64.exe" -s)

CacheDump service successfully installed.

Service started.

ERROR Unable to LoadLibrary lsasrv.dll (code 126)



Service successfully removed.

Also I've tried with PwdumpX v1.4, and I get the same. Any help? Any change in the code?
