AV programs will very often treat the program as a "virus", or potential 
malware of some kind. I've asked them nicely not to, but they don't 
listen. :)

The best thing to do if you're getting failures, which does happen, is 
to manually turn off antivirus, run fgdump, then turn it back on. fgdump 
is not always able to stop AV, and if it isn't, you'll need to do it 
yourself.
